Kim is a former Personal Trainer/Nutrition Specialist turned Confidence Coach! I have never done an online group before. Why should I join a group?
People don’t grow in isolation- it’s in a supportive group environment that you find the accountability and encouragement to make changes that seem insurmountable on your own. How does the online Group work?
The group meets online every week at a time that works for everyone using Zoom (phone or computer). There will be a short time for sharing about the previous weeks experience and then the topics for the week will be taught.
How much is the group?
$197 for the 6 weeks ($600 Value!!). Payment plans available upon request.
What If I have to miss a meeting?
There will be a recording of each week’s meeting available in the Clients Only Facebook Group.
